今から６年前に出されたポルノの1stアルバムですが、どの曲も
古臭さが無く、新鮮な感じがします。
アップテンポの明るい曲から、バラード調のしみじみした曲まで
収録された曲のジャンルは幅広く、様々なポルノの音楽がこれ1枚
で楽しめます。
そして、昭仁さんの声が若くて今と歌い方が若干違うところも
要チェックです。ポルノファン必携の一枚だと思いますよ。
オススメです!

もう発売してから何年もたつけど、未だにアポロを聞いた時の衝撃は消えません。

本当に名盤と呼ぶにふさわしい作品。踊れる曲からしみじみ浸る曲までなんでもあります。

昭仁さんのヴォーカルも多少荒々しいものの、初期衝動に満ちた熱意や勢いが感じられます。「デッサン」は鳥肌ものでした。

様々な音の波を一気に受ける快感、是非味わって欲しいです！

これこそがポルノの原点ともいっても過言ではないのでしょうか。
ロックな曲からバラードまでさまざまな系統の曲がある中、
その１曲１曲に昭仁さんの透き通っていてなおかつ張りのある声と、
晴一さんのノリに乗ったギター、Tamaさんのしっかり響くベース。
この三つが活かされています。
ポルノの曲はアダルトが多いですがスッキリしていてまったく聞いてて嫌になりません。
アダルトな曲だからこそ昭仁さんの声がいきいきしているのかもしれません。
晴一さんとTamaさんのギターandベースソロにも圧巻です。

ポルノを極めるのなら最初にBESTを購入するよりか、
この『ロマンチスト・エゴイスト』を購入したほうが
よりポルノの世界へ入り込むことができるのではないでしょうか・・・。
