混声のアカペラグループです。
初めてトライトーンのCDを聴きましたが、個々の音が目立つことも無く
タイムファイブの様な、シルキーなハーモニーを聴かせてくれます。
ポップな演奏の｢Mr.Lawrence」、思わず聴き入った｢雪のクリスマス」、
Speedを忘れさせる、大人のラブソングとなった｢White Love」、
そして｢KISSIN’ CHRISTMAS」は、聴いてからのお楽しみっ。
なかなか素敵な演奏ですよ！生で聴いてみたくなりました。

最期に入っている「KISSIN’CHRISTMAS~クリスマスだからじゃない」が好きで、こちらはオリジナルでは聞けないものですから、このCDを購入しました。

昔の特番でユーミンと桑田さんたちが多くのミュージシャンと歌っていたオリジナルしか聞いたことありませんでしたが、このアカペラバージョンもまた素敵です。オリジナルが「楽しくみんなで」という感じであるならば、こちらは「美しくて清らかな」雰囲気。オリジナルを知っている人にもお勧めですね。また、その他のカヴァーも、アカペラになるとこんな印象になるんだ、と意外に感じつつその美しい音に惹かれていきます。ここ数年は毎年クリスマスシーズンはこのCDをずっと聞いています。おすすめの一枚です。

待ちに待っていたクリスマスアルバム！
ひとりで聴くもよし、大好きな人と聴くもさらによし。
気持ちがわーっと盛り上がる、というよりは、ちょっぴり
大人びたムードの演出に一役買いそう。
おすすめは、何といっても「Merry Christmas Mr.Lawrence」です。
歌詞のないヴォーカリーズの曲、だからこそ卓越したハーモニーが
際立ちます。
