確か・・・・
堀ちえみさん、早見優さん、小泉今日子さんなどと同期デビューでした。
この年にデビューされた方、今でも活躍されている方多いです。
確か京都出身で、そのおっとりしたキャラクターが注目されていましたが、私は歌も好きでした。
（好きというより、なぜか耳に残る事が多かった・・・）

デビュー曲が井上陽水さん、セカンドシングル坂本龍一さん、その後村下孝蔵さんと、今からすると超豪華な作曲家の方から曲を提供されています。

デビュー曲「駈けてきた処女（おとめ）」からラストシングル「ＴＡ-ＴＩ-ＴＡ~マリオネットの涙」までの全シングル曲収録。Ｂ面曲も数曲。一曲、一曲歌唱力もアップしていき、透明感のある歌声は、情緒あふれる曲にピッタリ！中島みゆき、村下孝蔵、井上陽水、タケカワユキヒデ、小椋圭、林哲司、

などニューミュージック系の作家陣の豪華さ！歌手三田寛子の透き通った歌声と情緒あるれる、少女の気持を歌った曲が味わえます！！

三田寛子の楽曲は、すばらしい！他のアイドルと違い、ニューミュージック系の提曲が多い。歌声も、綺麗です。結構、バラエティーに飛んだ
色んな曲を歌っています。一曲ごとに歌がうまくなってるのも
すばらしい。もっと曲を出してほしかった・・・。今後も橋之助さんと
ヂュエットってのは、どうでしょう。
