　今 私がいるのは 周りに人がいるからなのだと実感させてくれる一枚。
　飾らないストレートな歌詞が、胸にすぅっと入ってくる。

　タイトル曲『アドバルーン』は、変わりたくてチャレンジを続けて、それでも変われないと悩んでいる人に 光を射してくれる名曲。
　私は何度この歌に救われたか分からない。
　無理してるなと感じる時でも、そっと背中を押してくれて、妙に自信をくれる。

　アルバム全曲での完成度が高い。
　イントロを聴いただけでサビのイメージがすぐに湧いてくる。
　各曲の個性が生きている証拠だろう。
　『ぎゅっと』『スタイル』『華』のように、ゆったり聴かせてくれるナンバーが多く、「歌」が好きな人には堪らない名盤だと思う。

　個人的には『山手線』が大のお気に入り。
　みんないろいろ悩みはあるけど、とにかく集まって騒いじゃおうという、酸いも甘いも噛み締めた先にある ノリが最高。
　いつも集まる仲間とのテーマソングにしたいぐらいだ。
　
　明日が見えずに迷ってる人。
　手にする機会があれば、ぜひ聴いて欲しい。
　あなたの倒れそうな心を端を さりげなく支えてくれるはずである。

服部祐民子の4thアルバム。
大学までの通学中に一番よく聴いたアルバム。

特に好きなのはタイトルチューン「アドバルーン」です。
歌詞には、思春期特有のモヤモヤしや悩みに対する答えが
表現されているように感じました。

また、アルバムを通しで聴いてみれば、
ある恋を表現した物語だと気づかされます。
「日曜日」を一緒に過ごした二人がやがて別れ、
「僕」が独り空を見上げて「あくび」をして涙をこぼす。
そんな情景が目に浮かびます。

服部祐民子さんがメジャーレーベルで発表した最後のアルバム作品です。

『日曜日』と『山手線』は今までの服部祐民子さんが発表してきた作品に比べると意外なくらいポップであっさり聴くことができるのですが、『ぎゅっと』から最後の曲『あくび』までに紡がれた繊細な詩は、唯々、人を沈黙させます。
多分、人はここに描かれた作品の世界とよく似た体験をしているし、これからもしていくと思います。しかし、その悲しさ、辛さ、苦しさをここまでしっかり見定め、言葉の姿に整えられる人はそうはいないと思います。私は、これらの作品を聴いて、胸が締め付けられるくらい悲しい気持ちにはなるのですが、同時に、自分の訳の分からない醜い悲しさがしだいにはっきりしだし、その後、心の乱れが徐々に静かになっていくのを感じます。
これは他人に流されそして励ましてもらうという依存とは全く違います。

この人は本当の詩人で唄い手だと感じます。
