野外ライブというだけでかなり魅力的ですが…
hydeの声が伸びていて低音も高音も綺麗に出ています。必見ならぬ必聴。
最初のtrick〜死の灰までは少々カメラワークが見づらいのが不服。見ていて目が回る。
何よりこのライヴの見所はいばらの涙以降に有り。
特に花葬〜侵食(照明が◎)、HEAVEN'S DRIVE〜Shout at the Devi(hydeは黒の羽根付)の流れが凄く格好良い。
デビュー曲をやってくれたのも感動的です。
メンバーも皆楽しそうで、見ている此方も気分が晴れますよ。
それぞれのサブアングルも粋ですね。泣かせます。
間違いなくオススメライヴDVDの一つです。ファンの方は是非。

5.0 out of 5 stars 現ラルク「最大規模」のライブDVD, 2003/7/14
ラルクは他のバンドにありがちな、一人作詞作曲で他が演奏するだけのバンドではなく、メンバー全員がハイレベルな作曲・演奏を行っているのでバンド名が意味する「虹」の如く曲の色も様々な色合いとなっています。

何を聞いても同じ曲に聞こえるような内容には絶対ならず、しかもその個性がぶつりかりあわずにハーモニーとしてきちんと成立させています。これはライブの場所も同様で、野外、ホール、ライブハウスと様々変容させても違和感を持たせない、日本では数少ない才能集団です。

このDVDは「最大規模」のライブ版。

1999年とにかく暑かったあの日。北海道から九州まで、1日で12万人の規模のライブの最終日、東京・有明のビックサイト駐車場で行われたライブです。(この年はGRAYもLUNASEAもとにかく大規!模ライブだらけだった！）もう2度とは行えないと思う、豪華なセット。野外ならではの曲構成。リアルで見たのと同じ雰囲気で見る事ができるので何度見ても飽きません。

ちなみにセットにお金がかかりすぎ、8億の赤字が出たそうです。
もう2度とここまでの規模のライブはできないでしょう。

120000@1日のこのライブの翌年に「REALIVE」という今度はいきなりの3000@１日規模のライブハウスでのライブ。

2つを対比して見れば、ラルクがどれだけ深いバンドかがよくわかります。

収録曲もいいですし20代
(っても後半だけど笑)の
メンバーが見れてファンとしては嬉しいですね

ノリのいい曲もあれば
聞かせる曲もありバランスがとれてます

ただカメラワークが悪い時があり今なにしてるか見してよってとこがあります

あと野外ってこともあり
hydeの声がホールなんかと違って伸びがなかったりします

それとテツのベースが全然聞こえない時があります
fateなんかでは聞き取りやすいんですが
テビルなんかほんと聞こえないです
ラルクは演奏技術も高いのでこれは残念でした

隠しアングルでは
ユッキーの正確なドラムやケンちゃんの一服や
テツの華麗なベース捌きがみえて嬉しい限りでした
ユッキーは苦労してるなぁなんて思っちゃいます笑

とにかくファンはもちろんそうでない人も見て欲しいですね この時代にこんなかっこよかった人他にいなかったなって思えますよ
