この頃の今井美樹sanの曲が大好きで　私にとって思い出深い
アルバムのひとつです。　カラオケでもよ~くこの中の曲を
歌っていた懐かしい学生時代を思い出します。
明るい曲~しっとりした曲、どれも今井美樹さんらしくて素敵。
歌詞も女性の優しさ、強さ、切なさ...をうまく表現していて
共感・感動でき　今聴いても素直にいい作品。　
捨て曲一切ナシのまさに≪ベストアルバム≫です。

☆まだ今井美樹という存在をよく知らぬ頃、「ＢＥＷＩＴＨ」というアルバムを初めて耳にした瞬間、そこから流れる柔らかで美しい声に私は一耳惚れしました｡メジャーになる以前、少しジャズの世界で歌ったことがあるというだけあって、他にない魅力を持っていたのかもしれません。このアルバムは今井美樹初のベスト盤として「ＢＥＷＩＴＨ」を中心に編集されました。その後、ＢＯＯＷＹの布袋寅泰や久石譲がプロデュースを手がけてまた新たなヒットを生みましたが、私自身はこの初期の作品がどちらかというと好きです。収録曲については本当にいい曲揃いで、推薦曲を挙げ切れません。シングル・マザーの喜びと強さを歌った(解釈違いだと恥ずかしいですが……)〈14：瞳がほほえむから〉も名曲だと思います。

このＣＤは今井美樹の全盛期のベストアルバムです。
ノリのいいのもあるし、落ち着いたのもある完璧に近い出来です。
初めて聞く人も、かつて聞いていた人でも楽しめる１枚です
