楽曲のポップさがなければ成り立たない非日常な世界感と、バラードの曲に見える等身大の感情表現のバランスが、いつ聞いても気持ちがいい。

非現実的なエンターテイメントは、現実から離れすぎているとただ切り離されたひとつの世界として独立してしまうけれど、どこかそこに行ききらない、表裏一体の危うさが隠れていて、それを浅倉大介の職人的なポップさがきちんとした枠として機能していて安心できる。

ただ、その境界線の上を歩いている感覚は非常に刹那的で殺伐としたものも孕んでいて、特に、わかりやすく突飛な世界観の伊藤賢一の詞と、ボーカルの黒田倫弘の詞の対比が、ふり幅となっていておもしろい。
こういう世界感をやらせたら浅倉大介の右に出る者はいないと思う。

アルバムタイトルを日本語にすると、こんなタイトルになるのでしょうか。
浅倉ミュージックの実験場としての位置もあったIcemanの2ndアルバムは
Icemanとしてはもちろん、浅倉大介としてもこれまでとは違う音作りがされています
彼の音楽が好きな人は必携の一枚です

浅倉サウンドが好きな人には、オススメのアルバムです。
シンセサイザーで作られた機械的な音がとても心地よく聴こえます。
私の特にお気に入りは7曲目のHarmit and Milkです。
歌的には10曲目のFINAL PLAYERとかも良いのですが7曲目は曲がとても良いです。
