10年目の渡辺美里のベストである。
選曲も内容もなかなかよいのだが、
やはりほんとにいいのは歌。
説得性のある詩に、感情豊かな表現。
そして、確実にうまいボーカルと、
かなりのよさが凝縮されている。
10年目ということで、いまから換算しても、
このアルバム自体が10年前になるが、
懐かしさをかみしめて聴くと、
一気に時代がさかのぼれる気がする。
たまらない気持ちにさせてくれる
このベストは、ほんとオススメです。

８０年代後半が青春時代だった人におすすめです。
人生死ぬまで青春だ・・・と言いたいところですが、
体は現実的に年を取るわけで・・・

８０年代後半、多感な時期を過ごした年代の人達なら、
一度は耳にしたことが有るのでは？と思われる曲が
満載です。
「マイ・レヴォリューション」は、言うに及ばず。
「ビリーヴ」「恋いしたっていいじゃない」等々。
「マイ・レヴォリューション」の前奏が聞こえた時の
鳥肌が立つ感じ。
「ビリーヴ」の、抜けるような朝の青空を連想させる
すがすがしいメロディ。
聞けば聞くほど元気が出ます。
過去を懐かしむだけではなく、『よし！もう一度頑張って
みよう！』と、拳に力が入ること請け合い、です。

なぜ星を一つマイナスしたか・・・というと、
中に、全体のトーンを暗く下げる曲が数曲
含まれていたため、です。
デビュー１０年のベストアルバム、という
ことで、明暗両方の曲調を入れたのだと思われ
ますが、個人的には、明るいトーンでまとめて
もらいたかった。なぜなら、それが青春の応援歌歌手
美里、だと思うから。

満を持してようやく１０年目にして発売されたベストアルバムは、その内容も１０年というキャリアを改めて感じさせる良い選曲になっています。
小室哲哉や大江千里からの楽曲提供も懐古の情を呼び起こさせます。

西武球場（現西武ドーム）ライブの印象が強いので、すっかり「夏」のイメージが定着した感がありますが、なかなかどうして。

大ヒット曲「マイ・レヴォリューション」や「さくらの花の咲くころに」、「シンシアリー」など聞き応え十分。

特に「シンシアリー」については、当人の思い入れが熱唱につながっているかの様な印象を受ける名曲だと思います。

「１０Ｙｅａｒｓ」という曲があるように渡辺美里には、１０年がなにか節目になっているんでしょうね。歌詞にも「１０年」っていう単語が多く見られますよね。

とにかく、パワーをもらえる聞き応えのある１枚です。
