スカパラの中では異色な作品。ラジオコントが始まったり、ＣＭ，映画、テレビとのタイアップ曲や、フューチャリングの形でボーカリストを入れたりと、いろんなスカパラが聴ける。中でも、名曲「花ふぶき」と、バーナード・パーディと青木達之のツインドラムに圧倒される「Ｊａｓｔ Ａ Ｌｉｔｔｌｅ~」はオススメ。

最近は、椎名林檎や田島貴男をフィーチャーして、歌モノアルバムを作ったスカパラだが、これはその先駆的な一枚（95年作）。

なんといっても、小坂忠の"しらけちまうぜ"をオザケンがカバーしたトラックが小気味良さがサイコー。小沢健二がオザケンと呼ばれるにふさわしい若さをバクハツさせており、リズミカルな日本語詞との相性もバッチリの名カバーソング。しかし、これ以降、小沢健二は一気に寡作な人になってしまった。ある意味、オザケンというネーミングとの決別ソングとも取れる。

その他にも、いろいろな人をフィーチャーしているこのアルバム。夏のドライヴにぴったりな爽やかさの高橋幸宏"WATERMELON"やファンキーにカラッとした歌声を披露した石川さゆり"真赤な太陽"他、映画「東京デラックス」主題歌、カクテルバーのCF曲"花ふぶき〜愛だろ、愛っ"など大変バラエティに飛んだ内容となっている。曲間には、youによる小芝居などもあり、とにかく豪華ゲスト陣が、そのセンスをいかんなく発揮した一枚と言えよう。
また全体を通して、夏らしい開放感で溢れており、そのことが、このアルバムのイメージを散漫にしていない要素でもある。

聴き込む感じではないけれど、ドライヴなどでは、とにかく楽しめる一枚です。

いろんなアーティストと競演してますが、とにかく楽しそう！
こんだけやってる連中が楽しそうに演奏してると、聴いてる人達にも伝わるもんですね。
楽しい気分になりたい人、必聴！！！
オススメは高橋幸宏の「Watermeron」っすね。メロディー、アレンジ、声、演奏、素晴らしい！！！あとは怪人・竹中氏の「スカンフーマン」でしょうか＾＾
