石の上にも3年というか,十年一日ルーズにキメてるように思えたこのグループも,ある種のロック・ジャンル,かたちづくるに至ったみたい。ユーモアには相変わらずとぼしいかわり,男の情けなさを匂わす詞作など堂に入ったもの。意外とセンチな好盤。

捨て曲なしのアルバムである。3かえりみちのBLUE7おかかえ運転手にはなりたくない9ありったけのコインなどのスローな曲はズシンと心に響いてくる。彼等の歴史があってこそのこの貫禄である。また、1風の街に生まれ4Baby DON't Worry8rock onなどの曲は彼等のそのまま９０年代彼等の到達点である。

大学生のときに聴きまくったアルバムである。つくづく解散が惜しまれる。

1989年に発表された、《ストリート・スライダーズ》の傑作アルバムです。《ストリート・スライダーズ》と言えば、数多くの傑作を残したバンドですが、このアルバムも、そんな傑作の一つです。全曲、良い曲ばかりなのですが、私が好きな曲は、2曲目の「OH!神様」です。あの《ストリート・スライダーズ》が、こんな歌をうたったという所が、意外性があってとても良いです。他の曲も、名曲ぞろいなので、興味のある方にはオススメします。
