「１／２の神話」「晴れのちブルーボーイ」は必聴です。
歌謡曲としてヒットしただけに、そのイメージを軽々と飛び越えて全然別物にしちゃってる、
ファンキーな大沢節にノックアウトされます。実にかっこいいです。
多分物凄く練り上げられ、作りこまれた作品なのでしょうが、
まるで「実力のある大人が肩の力を抜いて楽しんで作った」というような印象です。
しかし、「晴れのち~」こんなアバンギャルドな曲をお茶の間に向けて歌い踊っていたジュリーも
今思えば凄いよなあ・・・。

１曲目からヘヴィーなギターのリフにやられて気分が上がります。
原曲の印象的なパーツを生かしながらアレンジされていて絶妙。
「晴れのちBlue Boy」はジュリーよりはまってると思う。
作曲者だから当たり前かもしれないですが、
はじけた曲は特に個性的なボーカルがぴったり来る。
しかしながら、「ガラス越しに消えた夏」のように
メロディーを大事にしたい曲は、原曲に負けてしまう。
大沢さんのボーカルはメリハリのあるリズムで生きてくる。
ノリノリのイケイケで破壊的な勢いのある曲に
あのボーカルがのってくるのが最高です。

１曲目の「1/2の神話」は力技でねじ伏せるようなアレンジとボーカル、「ラ・ヴィ・アンローズ」は吉川版よりも大人のけだるさが素敵、「晴れのちBule Boy」なんて時代の先を行き過ぎてたんでしょうねぇ・・・・このシュールな世界がたまりません！！
まあこの方ですから、普通のセルフ・カバーにはなりませんよねぇ。
手元にあるＣＤの帯には「すべて、この男のしわざである。」とあります。なるほど。
個人的には「そして僕は。。。」系のしっとり路線より、うねりのある過激な路線の方に惹かれます。

山下久美子に提供した「こっちをお向きよソフィア」が入っていれば★５つ付けても良かったんですが。。。。ライブで聴いた大沢版では歌詞が異なっていて、男性の視点から歌っていたような記憶があります。もう一度あれが聴きたい♪♪
