　前作「空耳の丘」から、わずか1年で登場した3作目（1989年）。「おもちゃの箱庭」的コンセプトは共通で、楽曲も充実。「地図をください」で知ったファンを納得させるアルバムとなった。特に、1.「暮れてゆく空は」 はベストソングに挙げるファンも多い。「もう戻らない少年の日」を唄う詞は、懐かしさと少しのさみしさを併せ持つ。澄み切った高音はこの世界観にぴったりだ。特に表記はないがシングルより30秒ほど長い。

　先行シングル 11.「０の丘∞の空」は、数学用語も散りばめながら、広がる空をイメージした秀曲。♪すれ違う夢の座標〜♪０の丘に立てばどこまでも∞の空見えるよ　というキャッチーなコーラスが見事。こちらもシングルとは別ミックス。

　そして、シングルにしなかったのは勿体ないと言われたのが 10.「空色の帽子」。外間隆史の一連の楽曲と何ら違和感がないが、実は太田裕美の作曲。遠くへ行ってしまった初恋の少女に、長距離電話する所から始まり、二人で遊んだ想い出のシーンにチェンジする詞が秀逸。♪風に飛ばされ二人で追いかけた／水に隠れた大好きなあの帽子　…個人的にこういう想い出はないので、「いいなぁ」「羨ましいなぁ」とちょっと思ってしまった（笑）。

　澄み切った高音で唄われる、箱庭的ファンタジー。空想の世界に遊びたい人は是非どうぞ。本人が音楽大学卒なので、技術レベルも高いです。

最初に購入した遊佐さんのアルバムでした。
はじめの3曲はとにかく最高の曲です。
遊佐さんの声の威力を実感する一番のアルバムでしょう。
声楽を修められていたということを本当に納得する曲ばかり。
すごい！！の一言に尽きます。
