アイ・ワナ・ビー・ウィズ・ユーを聴いた時
１０代と言う若さに驚きました。
見た目や声がかわいいだけじゃなくて、
空気が抜けていくような柔らかい歌声がものすごく印象的です。

１９８４年生まれ。デビューアルバムを出した当時は１５歳だった。
これは、アメリカでのデビューアルバムに、新曲などを追加したバージョン
で、日本ではこれがデビュー盤となる。
そもそも「ナショナル・アンセム・ガール」つまりスポーツの試合前にアメリ
カ国歌を歌う少女として売り込まれただけあって、安定した歌唱を聴かせる。

CDで聴くよりも実際の方がパワフルで上手い歌唱だったりするのだが。
ティーンポップとは違うプロデューサーを起用して、独自のパワフルで
耳なじみのいいポップソングをいれている。
身長１７５ｃｍ強と長身で、モデルやTVもこなすマルチタレント。
「プリティ・プリンセス」などの映画にも出演している。

すぐにハマってしまいました！　ルックスにぴったりのキュートな歌声と飾らない性格で、アメリカでは「the girl next door」で親しまれているようです。無理に大人っぽくしようとはせず、等身大の女の子の魅力がギュっと詰まっています！！！かわいい曲ばかりなので、ポップが好きな人にはたまらないはず！！　共感できるところも多く、特に同世代の女の子にお勧めです★
