「A面で恋をして」をカラオケスナック（当時はカラオケボックスはまだなかった）で歌った、周りの客は誰もナイアガラを知らず、妙に感心されてしまったのが懐かしい。一人で海外に何ヶ月も行ってたときは、「白い港」をカセットで聞くのが一番リラックスできる時間だった。大きなLP盤をまだ持っているけど、もうそれをかけるレコードプレーヤも壊れてなくなってしまった．．．それがリミックスされてCDで聞けるなんて！
大滝詠一の「透明な悲しみ」を帯びたバラードとナイアガラらしいファンキーでポップな曲たちのバランスも絶妙。涙がでるほど懐かしいけど、全然古くない。いい音楽は時代を超える。

懐かしさのあまり、買ってしまいました。今、聴き直してもぜんぜん古くない。むしろ、今でも斬新。ドライブしながら聴くと、最高。個人的なことですが、昔、シティ・カブリオレに乗って、この曲をガンガンにかけて、夏の海辺を走ったんだよねぇ。

このCDに収められている ”Water Color” は、エンディング近くの歌詞が、これまでのものとは一部変わっています。
これは今回が初リリースの ”別ヴァージョン” ではないでしょうか。
この曲がお好きな方は、旧盤とこの盤の両方を持っていましょう。　
「そんな事みんなわかってますよ。」という声が聞こえてきそうですが、まだ誰もここに書かないので、書かせていただきました。
