浅倉大介プロデュースによるファーストだが、現在のシンガーソングライターに音楽性が変わってからのイメージとは合わないということでなかったことにされているファースト。音楽的には浅倉大介らしいデジタルポップが全編に渡って展開しており、悪くはない。というかFAYRAYが浅倉大介プロデュースというイメージはある特定の年齢層には結構強いのだが・・・。カッコいいのかセンス悪いのかよく分からないジャケのコンセプトのよく分からなさもいいですね。

全曲が浅倉大介によるアルバムですが、
あんまり浅倉大介っぽくない感じがしました。
この1999年当時、邦楽でちょっとR&Bな感じが流行った時期で、
このアルバムにもそういう香りがちらほらします。
ですので、ゆったりした曲が多いアルバムだと思ったりもしますが、
聴き込むと地味ながらも結構良い曲がありますね。

個人的には#5の「PURE WHITE」です。
これはいかにも浅倉大介という感じの、
爽やかなミドルテンポな曲なんですが、個人的にイチオシのお薦め。
この曲を聴くだけでも、このアルバムを手に取って欲しいです。

耳に馴染みやすい良い曲が多い。デビュー曲の太陽のグラヴィティーは名曲!封印しちゃったとは勿体無いな〜。
