ジャッキー主演のようですが、主役はタン・トゥリャンというテコンドーの達人さんです。ジャッキーはあくまで脇役ですが、この時代には珍しい重要な役柄での出演です。

レビューにもある通り、サモハンとユン・ピョウも出ておられます。ユン・ピョウのみ超脇役であまり顔が確認できるシーンはほんの数秒ですが、実質時代カンフーもので3人が共演しているメジャー作品はこれしかないのではないでしょうか。個人的には若いサモハンがとってもまぶしいです。また、とっても若いジョン・ウー監督が出演もされています。

その辺りの時代を楽しめる方にはおすすめです。（えっストーリーは!?）
