国家安全保障局NSAの陰謀に巻き込まれる弁護士ディーン。なぜ自分が狙われるのかわからないまま、自分の周辺では様々なことが起こっていく。そこでなぞの男ブリルと出会う。自分の狙われている理由を知り、NSAへと戦いを挑む。近い将来、いやもう現実に起こり得る現代の監視社会の恐怖をスリリングな映像で楽しめる。

数年前、日本でも盗聴法が成立したが、この映画を見てとんでもない法律ができたのではないか、と暗然とした気分になった。
電話回線、通信衛星を駆使して、どこに隠れても見つけ出されてしまう。
地球上でプライバシーがなくなってしまうだ。
現在の通信技術はどこまですすんでいるのだろうか？

どういった方法が用いられるのかわからないが、警戒する必要があるだろう。
「盗聴法」に関心のある方には是非見てほしい。

今のこの監視社会の恐怖を描いた作品だと思う。人工衛星が無数にある今現在、プライバシーがどこまで保てるのか、この作品を見るとちょっと恐ろしくなってくる。緊迫感あるサスペンスの中にも、迫力あるアクション、スケールの大きさはやはりこのひとジェリーブラッカイマー（アルマゲドン、ザ・ロックなどの製作者）。見ていて人を飽きさせない。最後の最後まで楽しませてくれる。ぜひ見てください。
