こんなの砂沙美じゃない、魎皇鬼じゃない、というようなOVAからするととんでもないシーンが最初の方にでてきます。
最初から見る気をなくしてしまうTVシリーズです。

原作OVAからファンになり、当時天地無用の新作がTVに出ると期待して待っていたが、
ハッキリ言う「最低！」

原作での設定や世界観を完全に無視して制作しても話にもならない。
どんな作品であれ原作が存在するならばその原作を尊重しドラマやアニメ、映画などを作る
べきであるが、この作品に関してはそれらを一切無視して監督や脚本家が暴走した典型的な例。よくＡＩＣがＯＫ出したね、プロデューサー何考えてるの？と問いかけたいね。

原作を無視し、シナリオもてんでバラバラ。内容は下らない。
せめてＴＶ第1作のような一部でも原作者であり「原案・キャラクターデザイン」の『梶島正樹』が関与したなら理解しようとするが、そういった兆候は一切無い。

ファンが納得のいく作品を作ろうとせずにただ単に当時の天地無用の人気に便乗して自分勝手に作ろうとした監督と脚本家そしてそれらを見過ごした（目をつぶった）ＡＩＣに大きな問題があると思う。

だからこの作品放送後天地無用の人気が下降したのではとファンでは言われている。
