   ディズニー映画のなかでも「泣ける映画」のひとつ。素朴な優しさが作品全体にあふれている。サーカス団に生まれたダンボは生まれつき耳がとても大きいため、皆の笑い者にされ、母親からも引き離され、仲間の象達からいじめられていた。しかし、その大きな耳のおかげで空を飛べることがわかったダンボはネズミのティモシーの協力を得て、やがてサーカスの英雄へとなっていく。

動物がすきだったら、ダンボはお薦め。
冒頭で、沢山の動物達にコウノトリが赤ちゃんを連れてきます。
なんて、平和的なんでしょうか！

子供の時に、記憶から抜けていた、鉄道の歌？が、凄く印象的でした。
ダンボの明るい映像の中、この雨の中のシーンが、とても対照的です。

子供は、飛べないダンボが飛べるようになるまでの一通りのシーンを真剣に見ていました。
ディズニーは、家族皆さんで楽しめるので、もしお気に入りの作品があったら、是非手元に持っておく事をお薦めします。

DVDなら、耐久性もありますし、甥っ子や赤ちゃんが来た時に、大人仲間でおしゃべりしたい時は、子供には申し訳ないけど「ちょっとこれ見ててくれる？」と言っても、７０分程度の作品なので、だらだらしないと思います。

小さい頃に両親に連れていって貰ったディズニーのアニメ「ダンボ」。とても可愛いダンボちゃんがお酒に酔って見るシュールレアルな映像が斬新でした。２歳の子供から９２歳の大人まで誰もが楽しめる作品です。

小さい頃に「ダンボ」の映画を何度も見に連れていってもらった思い出がよみがえります。 もう何十年もたってしまつたので御座居ますネ。 機関車の「ケイ・シー・ジュニア」の唄をはじめとして懐かしい名曲もいっぱい入っています。 劇場へ行けない人は、このビデオを家族みなで打ち揃うて是非とも観て下さい。
