伝説となってる第4話を見るだけでも値段分の価値はある。
さらに７話＋設定資料画像付、210分でこの値段は安すぎ。
この姿勢は他のアニメＤＶＤメーカーにも見習ってもらいたい。
ケースがトールではなくジュエルタイプなのはちょっと残念。

最初にこのアニメに出会ってから数年、私はやっと最終話に辿り着くことが出来ました。当時話題となった第４話「浜路再臨」や原作と？な結末など、見所はたくさんあります。旧６話しか観ていない、あるいは今回初めてこの作品を手にする方も、ぜひ最後まで観てください。そして、自分なりの「八犬伝」を心の中で発展させていく、というのが、正しい楽しみ方だと思います。
キャラクターは魅力的だし、キャストも豪華、オリジナルアニメとしては今観てもクオリティ高い内容に仕上がっています（第４話は賛否両論ありましたが）。
個人的には道節にベストドレッサー賞をあげたい。あの牡丹の肩当ては特注？（笑）全体を通しておいしい役どころでしたね、彼。
さあ、あなたも「運命（さだめ）を変える旅を、一緒に」！

　個人的には、第一期の「八犬伝」をみてから見た方が、つじつまは
あうし、面白さも増大するとおもう。
　
　賛否両論があったとされる第４話は、確かに・・・・。。。
私の歳ではもはやあの感性にはついていけないかもしれない。

けれど、浜路再臨という「夢かうつつ」かの世界観はよくあらわれていたと思う。

浜路をめぐる３人の男たち（信乃、荘助、道節）の「戦い」が
なんだか妙に楽しい・・・。みんな浜路がすきだもんね~~。

　好きな話は『対牛楼』と『妖猫たん』。
毛野が残酷な鬼神にかわっていく様には泣かされる。
大角の堅物さに反したおちゃめさもでていてイイ（・∀・）！

　八犬士は集まったからといって、皆がわきあいあいという感情は

この作品にはみられない。八犬!士同士でも葛藤や苦悩がある。

　度々仲間同士で刃を向け合うのも若き青年ならではであり、

そうした「山」を越えてこそ彼らは人間的な成長をとげるのだろうなあ~。
