結構バラードとかおとなしい曲ばっかりだったかな〜と思えたフミヤのシングルたち。
並べてみるとそうばっかでも無いですね。大ヒットしてるのがバラードなので、イメージが優先してしまってそんな気がしてました。
「タイムマシーン」「ハートブレイク」「ＧＥＴ　ＵＰ　ＢＯＹ」と１９９５年のシングルはバラードが無かったことがびっくりで、この３作品はこのアルバムのおもしろいところです。「Ａｎｏｔｈｅｒ　Ｏｒｉｏｎ」の大ヒットの影になってしまったシングル「Ｓｎｏｗ　Ｃｒｙｓｔａｌ」もこのアルバムでしか聴けない名曲です。発売順に並べられただけとはいえ、それには５年間の歴史もあり、時をこえて今もフミヤは武道館でライブしていると考えれば、やっぱり凄いことですね。
来年でチェッカーズでデビューしてから２５年となるフミヤ。今後もまだまだやってくれますね。
これはキャニオン時代の５年間のシングルベストで、今のソニー時代を入れたら、かなりのシングルがリリースされてます。このベストから２５周年の際に出た「１５／２５」にも入らなかったシングルは「エンジェル」「ＤＡＹＳ」「ハートブレイク」「ＧＥＴ　ＵＰ　ＢＯＹ」の４曲です。この４曲も最近でもライブで披露してますね。「女神（エロス）」もイントロの違うシングルヴァージョンはこのベストでしか聴けません。

ソロになっても、歌い継がれている、彼の大きな愛のテーマが、凝縮された１枚です。
フミヤファンなら、ぜひ持っていたい、愛の世界です。

フミヤファンでなくとも、この１枚が、愛の勇気、大切さ、単純さ、
はかなさ、切なさに、酔いしれてみてはいかがでしょう。

いちいちカッコいいｗフミヤの魅力が凝縮されたベスト
収録曲は、誰もが知ってるトゥルーラブは勿論、その他にも泣けるバラードあり、盛り上がれるＰＯＰＳありとバラエティーに富んだ内容になってます
フミヤは最近、絵画にはまってるようですが、歌詞にもアーティストとしての才能を感じますね　特にお気に入りなのはタイムマシーン（作曲はあの筒美京平）
「君にはじめてあったとき、なぜか無口なふりをした」
これ、すっごく共感しました　若いときから芸能界で活動してると、どうしても浮き足立った、現実離れしたような歌詞を書いてしまう人が多いのですが、フミヤはそうでない
だからこそこんなに長く活躍できるんでしょう　つくづく魅力的な男ですｗ
