中島みゆきのアルバムは全て聴いてますがこのアルバムはこれ以前に出たものとはずいぶん雰囲気が違うもののように感じます
なつかない猫、阿壇の木の下で、蒼い時代などとくにそのように感じました
今までのみゆきを聞く感覚で聴くと少し馴染みにくかったです
でも永遠の嘘をついてくれ、と、たかが愛は凄く好きです
みゆき節が効いてます

中島みゆきの“技”･･･かっこよさ、かわいらしさ、色気･･･
いろいろ入ったとってもバラエティに富んだ一枚。
テレビドラマの主題歌『旅人のうた』も決してアルバムのハイライト
ではない。
『シングルス・バー』でのじっとりとした大人っぽさ、
『蒼い時代』のブリッコ（死語）声？を同一人物の声と思えるか？
まったくすごい人です。
この『蒼い時代』は唖然と言葉を失っている女性の映像が
終始浮かびます。
『たかが愛』では伸びやかな“みゆき節”が堪能できます。
吉田拓郎テイストの『永遠の嘘をついてくれ』は好みが分かれる所。
私は好きじゃないです。
でも『パラダイス・カフェ』が最高。
珍しく“暑さ”と“乾き”を感じる曲で、どこか投げやりな歌い方も
素晴らしい。
「中島みゆきのかっこいい曲は？」と聞かれれば真っ先に挙げる曲。
この曲がラストに配置されているのも抜群のセンス。
