魚武さんが、一般に言われる歌謡曲を歌い散らした、迫力のアルバム。それぞれの歌を見事に自分のものに消化して、しかも自分の持ち味を存分に発揮した力作だ。これをずっと聞いていると、元の曲に違和感さえ覚える。この人は、投げやりに、力任せに歌っているようにみえて、怒号の後に残る余韻はなぜか繊細、リリカル、泣けてさえ来る。カバー曲ばかりだからとタカをくくらず、是非魚武ワールドの濃さ＋歌謡曲のサワヤカ、懐かしさ、のまぜこぜになった妙な爽やか感、青臭さ、ほろ苦さを味わってみてほしい。
