ロッカーズは陣内孝則のワンマンバンドであったと思う。
このアルバムを聴いてもどこまでも陣内のやりたい曲を追求している姿勢は明らかである。そこがロッカーズの魅力であったが、陣内自身には苛立ちでもあったようである。
事実ロッカーズ解散直後に雑誌のインタビューで陣内は「俺がゾンビーズが言いといえば皆がゾンビーズ聴くようになってしまったロッカーズは面白味がなく解散するしか道はなかった。」と言っていた。
そういう姿勢はいいも悪くも九州的で、後に俳優に道を開いた点をどうこう言うわけでないが、海援隊の武田鉄也とダブってしまう。
今聞くと歌謡曲のような「色あせた写真」はクラッシュの「ロンドンコーリング」を彷彿とさせる曲で当時はお気に入りの一曲であった。

17・8年ぶりにこのアルバムを聞きました。高校生のときにレコードで聞いて以来ですから。こんなにポップだったかな？と思いました。ロックがあたりまえに、テレビや、ラジオで、流れる時代だからそう聞こえるのかも・。こうゆうシンプルな音もいいよ。ぜひ若い人に聞いてもらいたいな。
