一言でいって、ラブリィ。
アルフィーのラブバラードがいっぱい詰まっている。
「確かにFor Your Love」がライブのときのソロと同じ仕上がりになっていて、ファンとしては嬉しい。
「いつも君がいた」だけが残念でしょうがない。この曲は本アルバムに入る前、「夜のヒットスタジオ」か「ミュージックフェア」のどちらかと、秋冬ツアーで披露されていたのだが、そのときのアレンジと歌詞と、本作ではちょっと違うのである。「誰に告げよう　変わらぬこの想いを」もいいのだけれど「翳りあるときめき 1974(nineteen seventy-four)」のほうがよかった気がする。そしてエンディングのアレンジも…
高見沢さんお願いです、ライブで聴いたオリジナルバージョンもいつかCD化してください。
最後の「Promised Love」、泣けます。
