　岡崎さんの３枚目のアルバムです。
　前二作とは少し趣を異にし，特にサウンド面で突き抜けた印象を受けます。岡崎さんも御自身のH.P.で「トンネルを抜け出して陽を浴びた感じを呼びさます一枚」と仰っています。
　もっとも，詞については岡崎さんらしさに満ち溢れています。それは，このアルバムのテーマとも言える「悩み多き素晴らしき人生」―これも岡崎さん自身の言葉―への賛歌である点です。
　「目の前の出来事にはどんな意味があるのだろう？　分かる時が来るのだろうか？　このまま歩き続けて行けるのだろうか…」
　誰もが抱く，そして岡崎さん自身も抱いていたであろう疑問だと思います。これに対して岡崎さんは，単純に‘前向きに行こう’ではなく，「迷ってもいい，立ち止まることもある，それもみんなあなた（私）なのだから受け止めて」と言っているかのようです。しかも，軽やかなメロディに乗せて…。

　最後に，ボーナストラックとして『４月の雪』が収録されています。アニメ『ミンキーモモ』の挿入歌ですが，アルバムバージョンのこちらのほうがしっとりしていて，個人的には好みです。

　もう，岡崎さんの新たなメッセージが届くことはありません。だからこそ，残された僕らは，岡崎さんのメッセージを真摯に受け止めたいと思うのです。

岡崎律子さんの1996年のアルバムです。
ひた向きで前向きな生き方が歌われています。
名曲「4月の雪」も収録されています。
岡崎さんのファンの方は是非！
