　スーパーファミコンでプレイしてから、久しぶりに過去の感動を
このＣＤで味わうことが出来た。
　
　曲目リストの中にある、「涙を拭いて」は、ゲームボーイの
Ｓａ・Ｇａシリーズから続いており、ファンなら誰でも聴いたことの
ある曲なので感動に浸れるハズ。
　ロマンシングサガでのゲーム中、この「涙を拭いて」を聴くことができる

チャンスはかなり難しく、かなりレアな曲をこのＣＤでいつも聴くことが
できるので嬉しい。

「Ｓａ・Ｇａ２」、「聖剣伝説」など、ＧＢで活躍していた伊藤賢治さんの初のＳＦＣでの作品です。
後の２、３などとくらべると、音源のせいか少しおとなしめに感じますが、ゲーム自体の雰囲気や、小林智美さんの描くイラストにはよく合っていると思います。

また、伊藤さんと言えば一部で「イトケン節」と言われるように、バトル中での曲の評価が高い方ですが、このアルバム内でも「決戦！サルーイン」は迫力満点で、だんだん気分を高揚させてくれるところはさすがだと感じさせられました。
ゲームの方もＷＳＣでリメイクされましたし、一度聞かれてみることをオススメします

基本的には、ロマサガ２、３とよく似ているが、勇ましく、素朴な雰囲気がやや強いのが印象的だった。特にバーバラのテーマは、前にも後にもないタイプの曲（ジプシーっぽい）で、とても新鮮。
イトケンらしいなぁという曲が多いが、逆に言えばそれだけレベルの高い曲が多いということ。バトル曲もかっこいいので期待を裏切らない内容だと思う。
