インギー初のソロアルバムは新たな「ネオクラシカル」というジャンルを生み出したといっても過言ではない。
この作品ではほとんどの曲がインストであり、バッハから影響を受けたというクラシカルな速弾きがこれでもかというほど聴くものを魅了する。
これ以前にＳＴＥＥＬＥＲとＡＬＣＡＴＲＡＺＺで１作品ずつリリースしているため事実上インギーの３作目となるわけだが、もうこのときすでに自分のスタイルを完成させていたといえる。
それは現在の彼の音源を聴けばわかるだろう。
この作品から２０年たった今でもそのスタイルはまったく変化しておらず一貫しているからだ。
この後ポールギルバートやクリスインペリテリ、トニーマカパインなど速弾きギタリストが続々と台頭してくるのだがその中にあって現在まで「王者」と称されている理由はそこにあるといえるだろう。
