　海援隊が１９９４年に再結成して、いちばん最初に出版した
『ベストアルバム』。

　１９７９年に大ヒットし、１９８０年代以降の卒業式では
欠かせない
曲『贈る言葉J』や、武田鉄矢が主演の場を演じてたＴＢＳ
『３年Ｂ組金八先生』第２シリーズの主題歌『人として』など、
数多くの海援隊の大ヒット曲を収録している。

　特に、『贈る言葉』は最高です！！。

みんなが知ってる有名なヒット曲が結構収録されてるけど、私はむしろ一般的に知名度の低い、その他の曲の方に注目してほしいです。特に『オーティスを聞きながら』なんか最高ですね！千葉さんのか細い声がまた曲の雰囲気にマッチしていて、特にギターソロは泣きまくっていて素晴らしいです。他には『北の叙情詩』、『荒野より』、『遥かなる人』、『えきすとら』、なんかが特に好きです。『そんぐふぁあゆう』は３人みんなが歌っていて、ハモリも美しい。『故郷未だ忘れ難く』なんか、夜寝る前電気を消して聴くと一人暮らしの身にこたえます（大学生なもので）。海援隊は、昭和をほとんど体験したことのない私にも、何故かあの時代にノスタルジックのようなものを感じることができる、素晴らしいバンドだと思います。

海援隊の懐かしい歌 母に捧げるバラードが入っているし金八先生の主題歌、贈る言葉・人としてなど、全１６曲が入っていて僕が思うにお得だと思いました。買うのを迷っている人や、ファンの人や、興味の有る人は、僕的にはお勧めなので、買って見てはどうですが？？
