星をいくつなどというのもおこがましい、大名演！！！

シューベルトの即興曲は、人間の実存的な悲哀を捉えた「現代的」な作品だと思うが、それにしても内田の表現は怖いくらいである。これと比べれば、他の全てのピアニストはボンクラに過ぎない。ツィマーマン、ルプー、クラウスといった名手をしても遠く及ばない。

ウィーンの貧しい音楽青年の儚い恋や、充たされぬ思いの影はここにはない。ほとんど宇宙的ともいうべき無窮の世界に投げ出されてある人間の不安や孤独。それが痛いほどに伝わってくる。音楽には、こんなことが可能なのか！

　自分は、彼女の弾いたモーツァルトの全集も持っている。１９８６年ぐらいの演奏で、
それなりにいいのだが、なんかまるで、先生にこうしなさいといわれて弾いている練習生
みたいなところがあって、曲によって「うぅ？？」と思うようなところもあるのだけれど、
この「Impromptus(アンプロンプチュ) Op. 90, D. 899」はもう、自分なりには文句はあ
りません。ブレンデルのも持ってるが、ちょっとという感じのテンポでなじめない。
このあとシューベルトのピアノソナタにもTryしたようだけど、なぜかこの曲集を聞きたく
なる。シューベルトは、いろんなジャンルの音楽を書いているのだけれど、この曲集は、
彼の宝石箱のような存在であるように思う。それを内田さんは見事に輝かせている。

　私はクラシックについてはあまり知識がなく、このｃｄを聞く前恥ずかしながらピアニスト内田氏の名前を知りませんでした。
　私はｃｄ屋で偶然に見かけたこのｃｄを数年前視聴をしました。このｃｄの最初の出だしは、後に発表されたシューベルトの作品の録音（ｃｄ）と同じく、無音が数秒間あります。そしてその後両手の一度の和音が長く響きます。この和音の瞬間を聞いた後、私は背筋がゾッとし、涙が急にあふれ、「この人は本物だ」と感じました。視聴して涙ぐんだ経験は、このｃｄだけです。その後に続く演奏も素晴らしく、どれも一つ一つの音に内田氏のシューベルトに対する思い、作品を仕上げる執念があらわれています。プロのピアニストの凄さを感じさせられたｃｄです。後にこのｃｄが「レコード賞」に輝いたのも頷けます。
　後に発表されたシューベルトのｃｄも素晴らしいですが、やはり内田氏のシューベルトの一作目のこのｃｄは本当にお勧めです。
