ゲームの世界観が把握できるようにカラオケなども含めて数多くの曲が収録されているが,今ひとつ音に厚みが感じられない。やはりこれがコンピュータ・ミュージックの限界なのだろうか。また,仕方ないことではあるが,ゲームの性質上,単調な曲も多い。

ＰＣで作業をする間のＢＧＭにしています。
それ程私にとってお気に入りで手放したくないＣＤであります。
これを聞けば「天外魔境ＺＥＲＯ」をプレイ中だった頃の懐かしい思い出に浸れ、
何故か、自分のテンションも好調になります。

私には"癒し"の効果が現れるみたいでして、
「序曲・ヒガンのテーマ・風穴の中へ・暗い町」のトラックを寝る前に掛けると、
安眠出来たりもします。(不眠時代色々試した中でも一番効果のあったＣＤでした。)
なんだか、ゲームのサントラなのに不思議な気もしますが･･･。

ちなみに多数作曲に携わった笹川敏幸さんですが、
現在"癒し"に関するお仕事もされているようで、
なるほど、それでかな？と頷けたりもします^^

上手く言葉に出来ませんが、お値段もボリュームもＧＯＯＤの良品ですので、
是非、再生産を掛けて欲しいと思います。
まだ、手元にない方のためにもお願いします(-人-)

そして、ゲーム本編もＰＳＰあたりで移植希望です!!!

昔はまったゲームのひとつです。改めて聴いてみるとすごくいい曲ばかりでした。最近のゲームの曲は迫力があるし、いい曲もたくさんあります。でも昔のゲームの曲は同時発生音数等は劣っているものの、表現力はさすがだと思います。この天外魔境シリーズや聖剣伝説シリーズのサントラは本当に素晴らしい出来だと思います。一度聴いてみてはいかがでしょうか？

この『天外魔境ZERO』は天外シリーズ初のＳＦＣソフトとなったのですが、それ以前のシリーズでシンセサイザー音楽に慣れていたせいもあり、全体的に単調に感じられました。
ＳＦＣという機種の性質上、やむ終えないと思いますが…。
ただ、随所に｢天外らしさ｣は出ていました！
個人的に好きなのがDISC２なのですが、カラオケ曲やミニ・ゲームの曲がとてもバラエティ豊かで聴く者を楽しませてくれます。
ただ、やはり正直なところ、シンセで聴きたかったなぁ〜という思いが強いですね^^;
