NG騎士ラムネ&40から数年たったところから始まります。主人公は３代目ラムネスとなり（NGでの主人公である２代目とは違うキャラ）、ダサイダーと組んでどたばたする物語です。ヒロインも前回とは違うキャラクターとなっています。
初めは軽いノリですが、話が進むにしたがって、だんだんと初代、２代目、３代目ラムネスを廻る大きな世界に入っていきます。

また、コミックとは後半部分（物語全体の後半という意味）でアニメ版とストーリーが大きく異なっています。
