4.0 out of 5 stars 鮎川麻弥の爽やかな歌声に○、歌詞カードに×！, 2002/8/27
この作品には、テレビアニメ、Ｚガンダム14、エルガイム26、ドラグナー37の主題歌などが、懐かしさとＣＤ音質による新鮮さを与えている。アニメ以外の曲は、鮎川麻弥のＣＭタイアップのヒット曲1112、残りは選曲理由が良く分からず。しかし、どれも鮎川の爽やかな歌声に酔いしれることができる。

残念なのはパッケージ。歌詞カードは、美しい鮎川の写真は表紙のみ。中身はオールモノクロで、しかも歌詞に間違いが多い。値段を考えればモノクロはある程度仕方ないとしても、歌詞の間違いはちょっと情けない。

アニメファン、鮎川ファン、80年代のポップスに興味のある方にはお勧め。

80年代の鮎川麻弥ファンです。今でこそ「Zガンダム」も見て、ガンダムシリーズも好きなんですが、当時はあくまでポップス歌手として聞いていました。
透き通る声と高い歌唱力が魅力ですね。「ガンダム」「ドラグナー」などのアニメ主題歌をはじめ、CMタイアップの曲、そしてアルバム「SO　DO　愛」「CandyGame」「FiftyFifty」などからの主要な曲がセレクトされています。10はポップスファンにはシュープリームスのヒット曲として有名ですね。16はアルバムの最後を飾るのにはお似合いの曲で、コンサートでも最後のほうに置かれたのではないでしょうか？彼女のアルバムは佳曲が多く、当時安心してアルバムが買えたアーティストでした。
アニメの曲が幸いして、アニソン・コンサートや、NHKでの番組で最近も彼女にお目にかかれますが、今でもスタイルをはじめ綺麗だなと感心してます。

何と言っても「Z・刻を超えて（ロングトラックver）」と「星空のBelieve」。ニール・セダカ最強。

M1の力強いドラミングから緊迫感溢れる展開。鮎川さんの清涼感ある伸びやかなヴォーカル。要所で鳴り響くペット部隊の重量感。宇宙（そら）を感じさせるシンセ音の挿入。
全く隙も弱点もない最強の楽曲だ。
M4も素晴らしいの一言。

ただ、その2曲を除けば、全体に楽曲や編曲が古臭く、特にシンセサイザーの音が致命的に酷い。物凄いレトロな感じ。これは想定外だった。
まともに聞けるのはゼータの2曲にM2（エルガイム）にM3（ドラグナー）くらいか。

この楽曲群を見ると、ゼータの2曲が刻を経ても全く色褪せない、いかに凄まじい名曲だったのかが分かる。完璧に鮎川さんのヴォーカルとマッチしている。

アルバムとしては全くお奨めできない内容で、実質「Z・刻をこえて/星空のBelieve」だけが目当てだったが、それだったら劇場版Zガンダムタイアップでリリースされたシングルに収録されているのでこちらを買えばよいわけで、今回は失敗した。

ただ「Z・刻をこえて/星空のBelieve」についてはTV/OAV用の短いトラックしか知らなかったので、この盤のフルコーラスを初めて聞けたのは収穫だった。
