T-BOLANと言えば、バラードがいい、と言われているが、このアルバムを聴くことによって、バラードもロックも含めて、彼らの楽曲の良さが改めて認識できる。
また、ボーカルの森友さんは、低音ながら、実にハスキーで魅力的な声をしているので、キーの高い曲ばかり好まれる最近のJ-POPシーンに飽きてしまった方等には、ぜひ聴いてほしいバンドです。

彼らが活動を休止してから、表立った活動をしないまま、結局このアルバムをリリースしてすぐに解散しただけに、このアルバムにはメンバー自身も、思い入れが大きいはずです。

お勧め曲は、ファンの方にはすっかりおなじみの曲かもしれませんが、キャッチーさと、メロディアスさを兼ねそろえた「じれったい愛」、バラードでは「LOVE」、「離したくない」。そして最後に流れる「Heart Of Gold」のライブバージョンは、ぜひ皆さんに聴いて欲しい一曲です。

T-BOLANの事実上活動中最後のベストアルバム。
収録曲は、最初のベストアルバム「SINGLES」に収録しきれなかった曲、
また、アルバム、カップリングからも何曲か収録され、
未発表曲１曲、ライブ音源１曲という形のベストとなっています。
事実上ラストシングルとなった「Be Myself」がアルバムで聴けるのもこれだけで、

未発表曲「Smile」も中々いい感じで、結構貴重なアルバムだと思います。
ただ、個人的に「泥だらけのエピローグ」はアコースティックじゃなくて、
原曲の方が好きなので、そっちの方を収録して欲しかったなあ・・・。
最後の「Heart of Gold」はライブ音源で、最後の森友の「また会おうぜ！」が妙に印象に残りました。

全部90年代前半を代表するヒットソングです。
圧倒的・個性的なボーカルが光っています。
いま聞いても古さを感じない名曲ばかりです。
