クリスタルボウルの音は聞いたことがない人も多いと思います。
私もこのＣＤで初めてききました。
たとえて言うなら
大きな鐘の音の最後に残る「うわぅぁぁん」という余韻のような音なんですね。鐘より透きとおったように聞こえるのはクリスタルと思って聞くからでしょうか？？
　目をつぶって聞いていると音の流れの中に浮かんでいるような心地よさを感じられました。

朝晩のヨガの時に聞いています。シンセサイザーという電子音がクリスタルボールというフィルターを通して自然に漂う音に変わるというんでしょうか。心地良い「ゴォ~ン」「チーン」の間に時折聞こえるイルカ（？）の泣き声もまた良い。聞きながら目をつぶると自分でも非常に良い波動が脳に流れていると感じます。ヨガ終了時に寝てしまったことは数知れず。一日の終わりに心を浄化したい方、オススメです。

　瞑想音楽用の楽器として作られたと言うクリスタル・ポウル。クリスタルの粉を練り固めて作られたこの不思議な音色の楽器を「ハンズ」や「センタリング」でおなじみのヒーリングミュージックの大家フランク・ローレンツェンが自在に操り、深い奥行きのある音世界を構築しています。チャクラに働きかけると言うコンセプトではありますが、一般の方のリラクセーションにも好適なやすらぎの作品に仕上がっています。同様にクリスタル・ボウルを用いた「ハーモニック・レゾナンス」もおすすめです。
