マリンバと常に一緒に歩んできた種谷氏の会心の一作。パガニーニ・パーソナルの飛び跳ねるような音、難曲で知られるクレストンのマリンバ小協奏曲のおどけるような，はじけるような音。「会話」のやさしくつむぐような音，などマリンバの静と動を示しきったかのような一枚だ。もちろん、そこには高いレベルの音楽と技術がつまっている。
