何かとストレスがたまる自分や家族の為に購入しました。
効果はまだよくわかりませんが聞いていて落ち着きます。
子供達が寝る時にかけてあげるのですが
いつもは寝つきの悪い長女もすぐ寝てしまいます。

私自身、病後で自宅療養中の身ですが心が殺伐とする事もあり、
家族にも迷惑をかけている事も分かっているので買ってみました。
確かに、聞くと心がかなり、落ち着きます。
自分の行動を反省します。前向きな考えになります。
家族にも聞かせていますが、全員に効果があるみたいです。
家族中で絶賛です。

ストレス解消にと購入しました。寝る前に聞いてます。そのまま眠ってしまいます。効果はこれからといったところですが、「モーツァルト」と同じく「マイ・スリーピング・ミュージック」の1枚に加わりました。
