今でこそ珍しくなくなったアニメやコミックのドラマ・アルバムだが、その先駆けとなった65年発表の鉄腕アトムのシリーズ、5タイトルが生みの親である漫画の神様、手塚治虫の生誕70周年を記念して、2枚のCDに収録されて蘇った。経済が右肩上がりの成長を続けていた時代、バラ色の未来と強い正義感で当時の少年少女に夢を与えたアトムの物語。音声だけなのがちょっと寂しいが、働き盛り、お疲れ盛りの40歳前後の人たちには涙モンの復刻といえる。 (飯塚達弘) --- 1998年02月号
