　日本のフォークソング等を彼等流にアレンジして極上の作品に仕上げたアルバム。どの曲も清涼感いっぱいでとても心地よいです。ヴォーカル入りも２曲ありますが、とても馴染みやすい声なので誰でも楽しめると思います。
　このアルバムで聴けるベースは全て細野さんです。「細野さんならでは」という心地よいベースプレイを随所で聴くことができます。

　どの曲も聴き所満載の名演揃いですが、どれか１曲となれば、鈴木茂作曲の「明日あたりはきっと春」ではないでしょうか。鈴木茂のギターが奏でる印象的なテーマと、薩摩光二の涼しげなソプラノサックスが素晴らしいと思います。

　とかくマニアックな人のアルバムと思われがち（？）ですが、とても親しみやすい仕上がりですので、ジャンルを問わず音楽が好きな人ならすんなり馴染めるのではないでしょうか。

とにかくセンスがいいです。
冒頭は、昔ラジオ番組のテーマ曲（主にＮＨＫＦＭでしょうか？）に使われていたような記憶があります。インストルメンタルな曲です。
とにかく嬉しいのは、「ろっかばいまべいびい」です。
大学時代、秋葉原のレコード店内で、なっていたのが、耳にこびりついてはなれませんでした。
どうにかしてレコードを探したのですが、見つからないまま２０年近くがすぎてしまいましたが、この年にしてやっと手に入れることができました。
とても嬉しいです。ポップな曲です。コーラスが、さわやかです。
その他の曲は、井上陽水の「心もよう」吉田拓郎の「結婚しようよ」南こうせつの「妹」などを、ティンパンアレー風にアレンジして聞かせています。
アルバムとしては、古いものになりますが、今でも新鮮に聞こえてくる作品です。
あなたも、試してみてはいかがでしょうか？

私がこれを購入したのは、はっきりと、この２曲が入っているからです。１曲目は、「明日、あたりはきっと春」、マナが歌う「ろっか・ばい・まい・べいびい」が入っているからです。他にもいい曲はあるのでしょうが・・・・個人的にはファーストに比べるとかなりインパクトも小さく、曲もあまり良くないと本件は思っているのですが・・・・この２曲で星４つにしてしまいました。みなさんの判定をよろしくお願いします。
