コクトー・ツインズ初の本アルバムは、彼らの音楽を聞き込んでいる人は喜ぶ内容であると思いますが、複雑で暗さのある曲ばかりが並んでいるため、初心者は聴きづらく感じるように思います。私自身は「Blind Dumb Deaf」「Garlands」などは非常に個性的な曲として高く評価されるべきであると思っています。初心者は「Heaven or Las Vegas」「Blue Bell Knoll」あたりから聴いてみてはいかがでしょうか。
