元モジョ・クラブの三宅さんがひっそり出してたソロアルバム。
三宅伸治の持ち味である“どん底を這いずり回ったりのたうちまわったりしてるけど悪人にもなりきれない人の良さ、どこか頼りなげで情けなくもセンチメンタルな感じ”が、エリアコード６１５の、タイトなのにどこかふんわかした味のある演奏にばっちりマッチしてる。

カントリィな1、スワンピィな2やブギーな89、ブルーグラスな3、ブルーズな6、泣けるバラッドの10などなどアメリカへの憧れがあちこちからこぼれ出てくる。♪グッドタイム・ミュージック、君に聴かせてあげたい・・・。

1998年発表のナッシュヴィルで録音されたアルバム。2. 「SWAMP MAMA」 で、トニー・ジョー・ホワイトがヴォーカル、ギター、ハープで参加！前奏、間奏前のトニー・ジョーの低音ヴォイスと唸り声が、超渋いです。また一聴してそれとわかるトニー・ジョーのギターを聞く事ができます。ジャケP.4には、トニー・ジョーと三宅伸治の全身ツー・ショット写真もあります。他にも、チャーリー・マッコイ、ウェイン・モス、デイヴィッド・ブリッグス、レジー・ヤング、etcといった凄い人たちが演奏しています！
