静かな自分の時間に、一人酒の時に、癒しが欲しいときに、このアルバムを聴くと忘れかけてた心の震えが鮮やかによみがえる。大人の歌だと思う。詩の一語一語が語る情景を歌い手と一緒になってイメージできるから不思議だ。初めて龍雲を聞いた１９の時から既に２２年が経過しているのに、今もあの時と同じ気持ちで聞ける。もっとブレークしてくれたらと思う。大人の寂しさがわかる人に是非聞いてもらいたい逸品です。

小椋けいとともに類い稀な美しい声をしておりました。日本のジョンアンダーソンとでも呼びたくなる声。素朴な楽曲をしんみりしんみり歌い込む。演歌のような浸透のしかたをするようです。じわじわ感動する１枚。このようなフォークシンガーが最近は少ないのが非常に残念です。

何年か前、銀座・博品館のコンサートで優しく響く
ナマの声を聞いてうっとり。
ながく歌い手さんをしていると、人によっては
とっても歌が重くなってきますが、そんな変な「クササ」
が全く無いのは、とても新鮮でした。
中でも心に響いたのが「桜桃忌」です。やっと収録してある
アルバムを探しあて登板率の高い一枚となっています。
それにしても「暖簾」龍雲さんの曲だったんですね〜
こんなにいい歌だったなんて思いませんでした。
