4.0 out of 5 stars すべて戦後録音かつ戦前に遜色なし, 2004/3/24
すべて戦後録音。
戦後録音はどうしても戦前の録音にくらべて、
変に編曲されて軍歌らしさが消滅していたり、
不適当な歌詞を含む番を省略していたりと評判が芳しくない。
しかし、このＣＤに収録されているものは
歌い手が戦前録音と同じものが多く、
曲のイメージをつぶすような編曲もあまりない。
歌詞の省略も許容範囲といったところだろう。

戦前盤との聞き比べもおもしろい。

個別に見ると、
９の英国東洋艦隊潰滅は全番歌い上げている唯一の音源、
１７の比島決戦の歌はこの全集シリーズの為に録音された初出音源。

それにしても、古関裕而作曲の軍歌（正確には戦時歌謡というべきか）は
有名なものが多いと改めて思う。
