使えるだけの機材を惜しげもなく投入した作品作りをしている時期の、代表的な作品。

曲によって違うプロデューサを起用したこともさることながら、ミュージシャン、そしてプログラマーもそれぞれのプロデューサ毎に起用しているというこだわりが、このアルバムのドラマチックな作りに実を結んでいると思います。

予測のできないストーリー展開、そしていつも以上に作り込みがしっかりしていて、結果押し寄せてくるような音音音・・・・、聞くたびにわくわくしてきます。

音楽業界の中で、いろいろな機材を使って音作りをしてきた人は数多くいますが、それらを音の表現に上手く結びつけることができている人は多くないと思います。妙にゲームのような軽い音になったり、単に色々な音がしているだけになったり・・・。そんな中で、角松さんは機材のすべての音を、自然な曲の厚みに変えることができる数少ない人ではないかと思います。加えてそこにミュージシャンの生の演奏の味わいを見事に絡めている。これは、その代表的な作品だと思います。

聞けば聞くほど、音の中の音を再発見できる、そんな深みのある作品だと思います。

最高です！何回聞いても色あせないんです！！またこの様なアルバムを発表してくれないかな・・・。同じ様な事をする人とは思えないけど（笑）しかーしっ！！またやってーーーっ！！て感じです。レンタルでもなんでもいいのでとにかく聞くべしですよ！！

音楽的に物凄いってことは、聴けばすぐに実感できるでしょう。 小難しいことがわからなくても、本当に音楽が好きならば。

でもこの頃の角松敏生の何がホントにすごかったかって、やんちゃ振りが半端じゃなかった。
こぶし振り回して「わあーっっ(>_<)/」って暴れれば自分も傷つくわけで。
一見華やかなりしバブルの、洒落ててスマートな街を背景に、このお兄ちゃんが正直すぎて血を流していた現実が、20年経とうという今も鮮明に蘇ります。
こういう人を家に連れてきたら、お父さんは烈火の如く怒って認めてくれないでしょうが、
お母さんはねぇ、「一生に一度の恋をこんな人とするのもいいかもしれない」と思うんですね。
それで勉強になって、結婚は堅実な人とすることになりますから(笑)

音の重厚さや試みの画期的な部分とは裏腹に、人間くさ〜い青年角松の苦悩が手に取るようにわかる１枚。
毎日にしっくりこないなぁ、とふと思う瞬間を持っている若い子たちに聴いてもらいたいアルバムです。
