もともとライブを前提としたアルバムだけあって、全曲パワフルな歌謡ロックアルバムです。特に1のパンチドランカーは「やってやるぜ！」っていうパワーに満ち溢れていて、車で聞いてるとアクセル全開に踏みそうでこわい（笑）。

重厚かつ軽快なこのアルバムは、きっとあなたの全身を刺激するでしょう。ヒット曲の、球根、BURN,離れるな、LOVE LOVE SHOWも入ってます。特に聴いて欲しいのが、エヴリデイ。UKで録音されたせいか、アルバム全体に非常にUKロックの味わいがある。バンドはこのアルバムを引っさげて実に120本に及ぶツアーをしたのだが、ツアー用に作ったこのアルバムは、非常にライブ感がありよい。ぜひイエモンのパンチを食らって欲しい。

5.0 out of 5 stars イエモンの中で最もストレートでヘヴィなサウンド, 2001/12/22
洋楽ハードロックが好きな人に、カラオケで歌う曲を勧めるとしたら、イエモン。日本語だし、しかも親しみやすくて歌いやすいメロディー。それでいて、ロックスピリッツを満たしてくれる適度なハードさ。13「LOVE LOVE SHOW」はシングルヴァージョンよりも、このアルバムヴァージョンの方が、ヘヴィに仕上がっていて、ハードロック好きにはだんぜんこっちがオススメ。アルバムとしては、しょっぱな1の「パンチドランカー」でいきなりガツンと来て、2「球根」でダークに盛り上がるぶっちぎりぶりでトータル的にもヘヴィな仕上がりになっていると思う。

シングルじゃない7「セックスレスデス」、8「エヴリデイ」をカラオケで熱唱すれば、君もイエモンマニアの仲間入りだ！
