これはすごいです。ハードロックを日本語にするというのもスゴイですが、この日本語にする直訳のアプローチが革命的です。生半可の知識しかない日本人のレベルに合わせた？訳がもう「笑ってしまいます」。ジミヘンの「フォクシーレディ」が「狐っぽい女」ですよ。でも一番初めは、まず狐がイメージされて、狐っぽいってドンナンやろ？って思い直して辞書を引く・・・という感じですから。すごく我々の知的レベル？に対応した素晴らしい？企画だった思います。この王様、英語では超有名な大学を卒業なさっておられ、さすがと感服いたしました。でも、自分でギターもひいてこの曲でコンサートをして日本を回るっていうのも凄いことだと思います。頑張って王様！！

他のレビュアーの皆さんの、辛辣かつ納得できるご意見もありますが、僕は大好き。負けないで頑張ってください、といいたい。ここまで徹底したコンセプトで、しかもオリジナルまで作って、頭がさがります。好きな人にはたまらないタイプのミュージシャンとして、大いに評価したいと思いますので、好き嫌いせずに、どうぞお楽しみください。

直訳ロックや空耳ソウル・・・色々あるがネタが尽きると辛い・・・
しかし王様は止まらなかった！
露出は少ないものの水面下では着々と王様ワールドが築かれていたのだった。
僕らが青春時代に聴いたロックの代表曲を嬉しいくらいに完コピし、
しかも歌詞は忠実なまでに直訳だ。
例：「baby」→「赤ちゃん」　（笑）
いけー王様！
