角松さんの初の12インチシングル「DO YOU WANNA DANCE」のオリジナルが収録されており、このオリジナルをもっと聴きたかったけれど…次の曲へと行ってしまうのが心残りではあります。そのことを思うと、レコード会社に角松さんのオリジナル作品、特にシングルA面、B面などの数多い、CD未発表曲を是非ともCDで発売して欲しいとつくづく思います。とにかく、レコードでしか聴けない廃盤のオリジナル作品のCD化はファンの方は待ち望んでいることだろうと思います。

EW&F風ホーン・セクションのモノラルアンサンブルに被り、バター風味の女性コーラスが入る。そして、威勢のいい田舎サーファー崩れＤＪに導かれ、Off Shoreが流れ出すとそこはもう海、海、海という、それっぽいジャケットを見ただけで買ってしまった人達は、ヤラレタっ！何コイツっ！てゆうか歌がなけりゃなー(^^ゞ、と誰しも思った訳だ。初めて聴いたのは中学３年生だよ。何年前だっちゅうの。色あせてしまったＬＰを見ると、まぁ今考えれば確かに田舎臭いのだが（失礼）、この一枚を入門として始めて聴いてからその後２０年近く聴き続ける事が出来るアーティストになるとは思ってもみなかった。アーバンな香りを楽しみたい方にはアレな感じだが、当時はこうゆうのが格好よかったんですよ。おまけに東京の人だったら東海○船で伊○七島行っちゃうわけですよ。ＪＰＯＰルーツ第２世代代表取締役社長を知る上では外せない一枚。Space ScraperとTake You To The Sky Highの”繋ぎ”なんて、不覚にも相当格好イイと、今聞いても思ってしまいます。Here Come The Summer Lady!!
