　彼自身のターニング・ポイントになったとも感じられるこのアルバムは、非常に美しく、残酷だ。

　まるで、全て己のことを歌っているかのようなこのアルバムは、どれほどの人が胸を痛めただろうか。

　誰が此処まで彼を追い詰めたのか。

　何が此処まで彼を絶望させたのか。

　何が此処まで、彼を突き動かしたのか。

　その退廃的な世界は、幻想的でありながら、あまりにリアルすぎる。思わず耳を塞ぎたくなるTOSHIの悲痛な叫び。まるで心を直接鷲掴みされたような感覚に陥る。彼の声は、直接、魂に語りかけるのだ。
そして、偽りではなく、他人ではなく、今己の中の真実を曝け出す。
　葉加瀬太郎のヴァイオリンと共鳴する彼の魂と歌声は、美しすぎて、まるで盲目になった気分にさせる。

TOSHIの美しい歌声×葉加瀬太郎のヴァイオリンの音色
これほど美しい音楽は初めてだった。
そしてこのアルバムの曲のメッセージ性はものすごい。。
歌詞を見ながら聴いていると体が震え、涙が出てくる。
エックス解散時期の作品であり、後半のTOSHIの詞は間違いなくエックス後期の彼の苦悩を表現している。
素直な気持ちを伝えられないまま過ごしていたエックス時代。
このアルバムではTOSHIの本当の気持ちを聴くことができます。

TOSHI×TARO HAKASE
まさしく最高のコラボレーション。
みんなにも聞いてもらいたいと本気で思えたのでレビューを書きました。
