シルク・ドゥ・ソレイユは、その舞台の内容はもちろんですが、音楽も極上、華麗、豪華なのが魅力です。
日本でも、「サルティンバンコ」「ファシナシオン」と何回か公演が行われていますが、その中でも、音楽的にはこの「アレグリア」が一番光っているのではないでしょうか。

歌姫によるタイトル曲の迫力と悲哀、物語が浮かんできそうな曲の数々。胸がいっぱいに満たされます。
公演を見た人はもちろん、見ていない人も彼らの虜になることでしょう。

ALEGRIA２公演を観た方で、それを求めて買ってしまうとがっかりするかもしれません。ボーカルの声の伸びやそれぞれの楽器の重なりによる奥深さなどは生演奏にはまったくかないませんし、かなり違うものだと感じました。あるいは、このＣＤはALEGRIA２ではなく、ALEGRIAなので今回の公演とキャストが違うせいかもしれません。ボーカルや楽器編成なども公演とは異なるようです。
色々書いてしまいましたが、このＣＤ自体はとても素晴らしいです。アレグリア２を観ていない方でも楽しむことができますし、観た方でも公演と比較しなければ十分楽しむことができると思います。
