国連平和賞の栄誉ある【光の楽団】がまさに最高の光輝を放っていた頃に、リリースされた【フェリス・クリスマス】というスパングリッシュ（スペイン語と英語が混ざっている）のタイトルが洒落ていたアルバム。【サルサ・クリスマス】ではいかにも寂しいのですが、内容はまさに絶頂期のオルケスタ・デ・ラ・ルスが「ディナーショーを楽しみにくる人を楽しませる」ために誠心誠意、心を込めてサービス精神と心意気を存分に発揮したものです。だからといって客に媚びることもなく彼等自身も（少なくとも演奏は）楽しんだであろうこの演奏は本当に様々な人々に受け入れられたし、これからもこのＣＤを通して世の中に「ＬＵＺ（光）」を放ち、受け入れられるのではないでしょうか。

サルサで聴くクリスマス・アルバム。ん？クリスマスとサルサ？以外だったのですが、楽しい曲が多く、毎年クリスマスシーズンには必ず聴いています。聖夜とかホワイト・クリスマスなど思わすスペイン語で歌いたくなってしまいます。
